To date, this process has been deceptively easy. We found a house. Made an offer. It was accepted. Inspection was clear(ish). Appraisal was great. The loan went through.
We're a week and a half away from closing, and I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. Justin suggested getting my utilities switched, and I balked. I realized that I'm subconsciously not even packing 100%... just in case.
