We own a house!

This afternoon, J and I took off work early and bought a house.

As you do.

The process involved signing / initialing a LOT of paper (they gave us our copies on disk - saving trees!), but I'm so grateful to Mike Ryan - our realtor, Guaranteed Rate - our mortgage company, and Kemp Title agency - who made the whole process go so smoothly!

I am also grateful to the previous owners, who left wine in the fridge :)
